Check-in Time
The official check-in time is 3 PM (EST) or anytime thereafter. Earlier check-in may be available upon request, depending on individual cases. Additional payment may be necessary.
Check-in Info
Check-in information will be provided on the day of check-in, typically around noon. The information list will include the door access code, WiFi network name, and password.
Residence access
The residence is equipped with a self-check-in system, utilizing a smart lock. This means that you’ll have convenient access to the property using a unique code allowing for a seamless check-in process without the need for traditional keys.
Parking
You can park in the two carcarport or by the main entry on the concrete driveway, and anywhere in between. Please do not block the warehouse building (D), as that unit is designated for mail deliveries.

Check-out Time
The official check-out time is 10 AM (EST) or earlier. For later check-out requests, please inquire, as availability may vary depending on individual circumstances. Additional charges may apply for late check-out.
Check-out Guidelines
Turn off all appliances and electronic equipment used during your stay. Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed. Set the AC thermostat to the normal/standard temperature (not too cold, not too hot). Take out all trash to the designated bins (located outside, next to the kitchen door). While we don’t have an extensive list of chores, we kindly request that you wash any dishes used during your stay.
Final Walk-Through
Prior to departure, please conduct a thorough inspection of the premises to ensure you haven’t left any personal belongings behind. Check all closets, drawers, and under the beds to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Communication
If you notice any damage or items requiring replacement during your stay, please inform us promptly. Once you have vacated the premises, please notify us so we can begin preparations for our next guests.

Welcome to our home! We’re thrilled to have you join us and hope you have a wonderful stay. Our aim is to foster a relaxing and respectful atmosphere, ensuring everyone feels at ease during their time here.
House Rules
- Upon check-in, we reserve the right to verify the ID of the person who made the reservation, if necessary.
- Only guests registered in the official reservation are permitted to stay overnight.
- We trust you to care for our home and property during your stay.
- We provide linens, towels, and essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, dishwashing soap, body soap and more. If you require additional or different brand items, please feel free to bring in your own.
- Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask that you protect our furniture by not allowing them on sofas and beds. Additionally, please ensure to pick up after your pets to maintain cleanliness.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. (Eastern Time Zone)
- Gatherings, exceeding the maximum occupancy specified in the residence description, require a written agreement prior to your stay.
- Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside buildings, including houses, apartments, or any other enclosed structures on the property. Guests who wish to smoke must do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly in designated receptacles.
- Parties and drug use of any kind are strictly prohibited on the entire property.
- Early check-in and late checkout options may be available on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an additional fee.
- Please enjoy the consumables provided and be mindful of any allergies you may have.
- Additional cleaning may be necessary for stays longer than a week to maintain sanitary conditions. An additional fee may apply.
- Please be mindful that natural hazards may be present in forest and mountain settings. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take appropriate precautions during your stay.
- Guests are responsible for any costs resulting from rule violations. Failure to comply with any of the house rules may result in termination of your stay without reimbursement.

Residence Guide
Back Yard
The fenced-in backyard provides a safe environment for pets and children. Enjoy the fire pit equipped with a small portable grill. Firewood is provided, with additional stacks available nearby. For easy cleanup after your pets, a rake and pen are provided, along with plastic bags. Have fun with the “Corn Hole” game provided for entertainment.
Sun/hot tub room
The hot tub is ready for your relaxation. Electric and propane heaters are available for comfort. Please use five ceiling windows or two doors for ventilation. Consider leaving the house door open during hot or called weather to protect our plants.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes additional trash bags conveniently located at the bottom of the trash can. Enjoy a variety of beverage options with the provided water kettle, Keurig, and regular/drip coffee makers. Choose from regular and decaffeinated Keurig coffee pods and a selection of bagged teas and sweeteners. Find fire-starting essentials and extras like kebab and marshmallow sticks in the bottom cabinet next to the outside door. Extra paper towel is in the cabinet above the stove.
Dining room
Five comfortable dining chairs are arranged around the dining table. If additional seating is needed, two matching chairs are available in the lower guest bedroom (on your right).
Living room
A 65″ Smart TV is connected to the local network. Simply log in to your entertainment account and enjoy. The ceiling fan remote control is located on the wall next to the couch.
Laundry room
Additional towels are provided on the shelf in the laundry room. A fire extinguisher is conveniently hanging on the wall. The first aid kit is in the cabinet right-side drawer.
Hallway
A spacious shoe cabinet is situated right in front of the entry door. An umbrella is available on the coat hanger. Further down the hallway, in the closet across from the laundry, you’ll find cleaning necessities and an iron with ironing board.
Master Bedroom
Two very comfortable robes are available in the closet for your enjoyment. The ceiling fan remote control is placed on the nightstand.
Master Bathroom
The master shower is equipped with a steam sauna. Set it to your desired time, allow a minute to heat up, and enjoy the comforting steam. A hair dryer is provided in the vanity drawer.
Guest/Kids Bedroom
Both beds have dimmable light sconces. Adjust the light intensity by turning the switch knob to your preferred setting for a comfortable ambiance.
2nd Guest Bedroom
Both night stands have build in lights. Enjoy direct access to nature through the dedicated outdoor entrance.
Office/Reading/Game Room
Need to catch up on work? We’ve set up a dedicated space just for that. Tucked away from the main living areas, it offers high-speed Wi-Fi or wired internet connections and strong five-bar cell phone reception. But it’s not all about work – this space is also designed for relaxation and fun. You’ll find a decent selection of books spanning various genres and a collection of table games for your enjoyment.
